I have spent a long time in the technological trenches. I've seen the backend of startups and the spaghetti code of legacy enterprises. But my experience isn't defined by the languages I write; it's defined by what I refuse to do.

"I am a profoundly lazy person. And that is my greatest asset."

It sounds counter intuitive, doesn't it? But here is the truth: A hardworking person will spend 4 hours manually copying data from Excel to email every single day. I, however, am too "lazy" for that. I will spend 10 hours building a system that does it for me in 3 seconds, so I never have to touch it again.

I adore automation because I crave peace. I want to sit back with a good cup of tea, knowing that the systems I built are running perfectly in the background; error free and infinitely faster than any human could hope to be.
